Calendar Notes

* RSME Run Day events are open to the general public. The 15" gauge railroad is the only thing scheduled to operate. There is the chance that other displays will be operating but that is up to the discretion of the other groups in the RSME. If you have any questions regarding the Run Day or any other public event please feel free to call the club house at 610-929-5444 and leave a message.

* RSME Open House events are open to the general public. All displays are scheduled to be running along with both the 15" gauge railroad and the lite rail railroad. If there is an Open House scheduled for this month you can click on it for more information. For direction please click on the "Directions" tie on the track to the left.

* We are sorry but, Picnics that are scheduled are NOT general public events and are for private parties only. If you are a guest of the private party and need assistance with directions please click on the "Directions" tie on the track to the left. If you need further assistance please feel free to call the club house at 610-929-5444. If no one answers please leave a message and someone will get back to you promptly.

If you are not part of the picnic(s) listed and wish to schedule a time for a private event at our club. You can access our picnic information page by clicking on the "Picnic Info" tie to the left on the track. There you will find all the general information you need to know about hosting an event at our club. You can also print out our picnic flyer off of that page to show friends and family. Finally you will be able to fill out an information and reservation form on that page so that we can work with you to setup your event. As always you can also simply call our club house at 610-929-5444 and leave a message if no one answers. Someone will get back to you promptly to answer all of your questions and help you setup your event.

* Members, if there is any doubt that an event is canceled or rescheduled do to inclement weather or other reasons, please do the following. Contact the club house, if no one answers then please try and contact the respective committee chairperson in charge of the event. If an RSME business meeting is in question please try contacting the president of the club and continue on down the BOD chain. If you get no answer from anyone and you feel it is to dangerous to travel then please side with caution and stay home. The number one concern for all members should be safety.

* Presentation Nights are held the same night as the General Business Meetings. Unfortunately at this time these events are for members only and invited special guests. All Presentation Nights will have popcorn, coffee, and hot water for tea or hot chocolate for free. There is also soda available out of the vending machine. It should be known that if circumstances arise the scheduled presentation may be changed without prior announcement and at the discretion of the coordinator.
